Fazoli’s Rewards FAQ

You’ll now earn reward points for every dollar you spend, which means the more you love Fazoli’s, the more we’ll love you!

Earning Points and Rewards

  • How do I earn points?
    • You’ll get 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding tax and gift card purchases).  Points may be redeemed for select menu items.
  • How do I scan my receipt?
    • Please follow these steps to scan your receipt: (1) Click “Rewards” across the bottom of the app (2) Click “Scan” (3) Click “Scan Receipt Barcode” If needed, you can enter the barcode manually by selecting “Enter Receipt Barcode Number” Please note: if you scanned a reward during checkout, your points were added during this time; therefore, you do not need to scan your receipt.
  • What do I do if I am unable to scan my barcode?
    • Send us an email via the ‘Need Help?’ section in the app. Be sure to include a photo of your receipt or your receipt barcode number.
  • Can I scan someone else’s barcode to earn points?
    • You can only earn points for purchases you have made. Make sure to tell your friends how great the app is so they can start earning points. Send them your invite code and you’ll score a special offer the first time they scan a receipt!
  • Can I earn points on the purchase of Catering?
    • Yes! You can earn points on the purchase of catering. Be sure to login with your loyalty account information when placing a catering order to have your points automatically added to your account.
  • Do I have to use all my points at once?
    • No, you may use save and build up points for later!
  • Do my reward points ever expire?
    • Reward points earned on or after March 14th, 2023 will expire 5 years from when they are rewarded. Be sure to use them so you’re never caught losing out on your hard-earned rewards.
  • I made an eligible purchase at a Fazoli’s restaurant, but it is not reflected in my rewards account, how do I resolve that?
    • Shoot us an email from the ‘Need Help?’ section under the slide menu inside the app.
  • How long do I have to scan my receipt?
    • Receipts must be scanned within three (3) days of purchase. If you scan your receipt after three days, you will receive an error message and will need to contact us via the ‘Need Help’ section of the app in order to have your points added to your account.
  • Do I earn points for my online/pronto pick purchases?
    • Be sure to sign in to your loyalty account when placing an online/pronto pickup order and your points will automatically be added to your account!

Redeeming Rewards and Offers

  • How do I redeem rewards with online orders?
    • When you wish to redeem a reward with an online order please make sure the item associated with the reward is added to your cart with the rest of your order prior to checking out. For example, if the reward you wish to redeem is for the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks with $5 Purchase, make sure the Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks are added to your cart prior to checking out. When you check out, you will then select the reward associated with the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks.
  • How do I redeem rewards?
    • On the Rewards screen press the Redeem button. From here you can select a reward and press the next Redeem button to produce a QR code. When you get to the register, scan your QR code at the scanner to redeem your reward.
    • Rewards can also be redeemed if you don’t have the app. Login to your account at www.fazolis.com/loyalty. Click ‘Offers’ in the menu view your available offers for redemption and click ‘Redeem’ once you have made your selection. Click ‘OK’ in the pop-up box that appears and your 7-digit redemption code will appear. Take this code to the restaurant and our staff will enter it at the register to redeem!
  • Can I redeem points with my online/pronto order?
    • Yes! Points may be redeemed to add select menu items to your online/pronto pickup order.
  • How do I redeem offers?
    • You’ll find offers in the Rewards section of the app. Then you’ll redeem the offer the same exact way you redeem rewards.
  • Can I redeem my points for Cash?
    • No, points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Can I receive cash back with the Fazoli’s Loyalty Rewards?
    • No, cash back is not an option with Fazoli’s Loyalty Rewards.
  • Can I share my rewards with my family?
    • If your family shares one phone, then yes you can share rewards, but you cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.
  • Do I have to use my offers at once?
    • Most offers have an expiration date, so make sure you use the offer before it expires. Once you hit redeem on the offer you will have 8 hours to use the offer before it disappears.
  • Do my offers ever expire?
    • Yes, most offers have an expiration date, so make sure you use the offer before they expire. Once you hit redeem on the offer you will have 8 hours to use the offer before it disappears.

My Rewards Account

  • What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
    • On the login screen, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and we’ll help you or you can use this link to change your password online and request for a password reset link to be sent to you: https://www.fazolis.com/loyalty.
  • What type of phone do I need to use the app?
    • The Fazoli’s Rewards app is available on iOS and Android devices.  You can find the app in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  • Will you share my information in my Fazoli’s Rewards account?
    • No, your information will remain private and not be shared.
  • Do I need a Fazoli’s account to participate in the Fazoli’s Reward Program?
    • Yes! Sign up by downloading the app or by creating an account online at fazolis.com/loyalty.
  • Will I continue to receive my Birthday and Anniversary rewards through the Fazoli’s eFamily email club?
    • When you move from our eFamily database to our Loyalty program you will start to receive your birthday and anniversary emails directly through the app. You will also receive email alerts to remind you of your available offers.
  • How do I refer a friend?  What do I get if they visit?
    • Share your invite code by selecting ‘Invite Friends’ in the app menu. You’ll get a special offer when they sign up using your invite code and make their first purchase.
  • Can accounts be combined?
    • No, accounts cannot be combined.
  • Is the Fazoli’s rewards app secure?
    • Yes. We take security and privacy very serious. We never sell or release your information and we never see or share your passwords.
  • Why do I need to sign up with Facebook?
    • You don’t have to sign up with Facebook, but if you do you’ll score 10 free points.
  • What information do you access from my Facebook profile? Do you post to my Wall?
    • We will see your general information and the email address associated with your Facebook profile. When you leave feedback in the app you can elect to post this on your Facebook wall.
  • Why does Fazoli’s require my location?
    • We use your favorite location so we can send you sweet deals and offers where you live.

  • Can anyone enroll in the Fazoli’s Rewards Program?
    • Yes, if you’re over the age of 13 you can be a member of the Fazoli’s Loyalty Rewards Program
  • Is there a fee for enrolling in the Fazoli’s Rewards Program?
    • No, this program is free!
  • This app sounds amazing, but I don’t have a smartphone…can I still get rewarded?
    • Visit fazolis.com/loyalty to set up an account. When you go into the restaurant ask the cashier if they have phone number look-up with Fazoli’s Rewards. The location can award you points via the point of sale system. You will also be able to redeem rewards through this same process.
  • Can I use a Fazoli’s coupon together with another coupon?
    • Unless otherwise stated, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Please note that only one reward may be used per order.
  • How do I change my email when it’s showing as locked?
    • If your email is showing up as locked and you’re unable to change it, this is because you signed up via Facebook. You will need to go to your Facebook account and manually change your email directly in Facebook. After signing back into your Facebook account, you can sign back in to the Fazoli’s Rewards app by clicking “Connect with Facebook”. This will put you back in your account with the updated information.
