Elizabeth Moore
Liz Moore served as Fazoli’s Chief Legal and Franchise Officer, joining the company in 1999 and providing legal and business representation in a variety of positions for almost 15 years. During her tenure, she served as the lead corporate and transactional attorney while also handling mergers and acquisitions, including the sale of the company and a variety of joint venture transactions, as well as real estate development work. In her franchisee relations role, she helped structure initial governance with the first Fazoli’s Franchisee Association.
Prior to joining Fazoli’s, Liz worked in the law department at Planet Hollywood International, based in Orlando, FL. There, she worked on a significant number of international joint ventures and licensing agreements as well as litigation, both domestic and international. Liz was with Planet Hollywood prior to it becoming a public company and during the going public process.
Today, Liz serves as the Chief Legal & IT Officer for the Ladies Professional Golf Association in Daytona Beach, Florida. In her legal role, she advises the executive leadership team on company strategies and their implementation, and her responsibilities include leading commercial transactions, strategic alliances and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property and enterprise risk management. Her Information Technology role encompasses oversight for infrastructure, operations, privacy and data security. She also provides legal support for The LPGA Foundation, a charitable foundation established to grow the sport of golf, that operates the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf juniors program and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association.
Liz enjoys running, cycling and watching college basketball (Go CATS!). She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration and received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Florida.
