Philly Cheesesteak Baked Ziti

Chef Rick headed back into the Test Kitchen. Check out this Philly/Fazoli’s mashup.
  • Stainless spatula
  • Skillet x 2
  • Ribeye steak
  • Provolone cheese
  • Diced onion
  • Cooked ziti
  • Alfredo
  • Beef stock
  1. Slice partially frozen ribey into thin slices
  2. Cook Ribeye steak over low heat
  3. Add diced onion
  4. Add provolone cheese and toss together
  5. New skillet – Add Alfredo + beef stock, reduce
  6. Add ziti, toss
  7. Add in half of the beef, toss
  8. Transfer to a dish
  9. Top with other half of beef.
  10. Cover with more provolone
  11. Bake until golden brown.
