Philly Cheesesteak Baked Ziti

Ingredients
- Stainless spatula
- Skillet x 2
- Ribeye steak
- Provolone cheese
- Diced onion
- Cooked ziti
- Alfredo
- Beef stock
Directions
- Slice partially frozen ribey into thin slices
- Cook Ribeye steak over low heat
- Add diced onion
- Add provolone cheese and toss together
- New skillet – Add Alfredo + beef stock, reduce
- Add ziti, toss
- Add in half of the beef, toss
- Transfer to a dish
- Top with other half of beef.
- Cover with more provolone
- Bake until golden brown.
