Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl

Chef Rick is back in the test kitchen to stir up more culinary controversy..orzo it seems.
Ingredients
  • Skillet
  • Cast iron skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Cooked orzo
  • Avocado
  • Alfredo
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Black Beans
  • Sour Cream
  • Corn Salsa
  • Chicken thighs
  • Gallon bag
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 7 oz can of Adobo sauce
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 Chicken thighs
Directions

Chicken Marinade Recipe

  1. Add all marinade ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix, transfer to a bag
  3. Add 4 chicken thighs
  4. Refrigerate

On-Screen Recipe

  1. Make marinade
  2. Cook chicken on medium high heat until 165
  3. New skillet – Alfredo sauce
  4. Add cooked orzo
  5. Add guacamole
  6. Mix
  7. Transfer to a bowl
  8. Chop chicken thighs and put on top of bowl
  9. Top with black beans, jack cheese, sour cream, salsa
