Three-Cheese Crusted Chicken Pasta
Here’s one for any cheese lover… The Three-Cheese Crusted Chicken Pasta. We take two house-roasted chicken breasts rubbed with garlic and black pepper and simmer them in a smoked marinara sauce. We top the chicken with mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan panko breadcrumbs. After that we bake the chicken in our 490° oven until the panko breadcrumbs are golden brown and cheese is melted. The two chicken breasts are served on top of spaghetti topped with our creamy basil sauce made by drizzling basil pesto on top of our rich and creamy Alfredo sauce. We finally add a dusting of Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. It’s a dish any Parmesan lover must try!
