Parmesan Crusted Shrimp Bake

Our guests loved our Shrimp Alfredo Manicotti so we are adding yet another twist on shrimp Alfredo.  For each order, you will get fifteen tender shrimp that are simmered in a black pepper Parmesan Florentine sauce (fancy term for a creamy spinach sauce inspired by the cooking of Florence, Italy).  We then toss the shrimp and sauce with fire-roasted red peppers and serve on top of a bed of gemelli pasta.  It is topped with mozzarella and provolone cheeses. We mix Parmesan cheese with garlic-buttery Panko breadcrumbs and bake it on top of the entrée.  The flavor from the fire-roasted peppers infuses with the black pepper Alfredo, making this a shrimp Alfredo you have to try!  The Parmesan panko breadcrumbs add a perfect crunchy texture to the dish.
