Parmesan Crusted Shrimp Bake
Here is a delicious twist on Shrimp Alfredo! For each order, you will get fifteen tender shrimp that are simmered in a black pepper Parmesan Florentine sauce (fancy term for a creamy spinach sauce inspired by the cooking of Florence, Italy). We then toss the shrimp and sauce with fire-roasted red peppers and serve on top of a bed of gemelli pasta. It is topped with mozzarella and provolone cheeses. We mix Parmesan cheese with garlic-buttery Panko breadcrumbs and bake it on top of the entrée. The flavor from the fire-roasted peppers infuses with the black pepper Alfredo, making this a shrimp Alfredo you must try! The Parmesan panko breadcrumbs add a perfect crunchy texture to the dish.
