Nashville Hot Wings

You asked for them and we listened! We’ve taken all of the same heat and flavor from Music City’s most popular food and put them on our boneless and traditional wings. Our Nashville-style wings are fried until crispy and then tossed in a spicy sauce made with brown sugar, garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper. There’s plenty of heat and plenty of flavor. The origin of Nashville Hot is a bit of a legend. The legend has it that the owner of the original Hot Chicken restaurant in Nashville, Thornton Prince III, made his wife so mad that she tried to get her revenge by making him fried chicken that was so ridiculously spicy it would burn his mouth off. She thought that would teach him a lesson. It turns out that he loved the chicken so much and started Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack with the recipe. It, of course, was a huge success! Needless to say, he may not have learned his lesson. These fiery little morsels are sure to tickle your taste buds.
