Angus Beef Mac & Cheese
We use only Certified Angus Beef for our Angus Beef Mac & Cheese. Certified Angus Beef is certified to meet 10 quality specifications. This results in superior taste, texture, tenderness, and juiciness. For our Angus Beef Mac & Cheese, we shred slow-cooked Angus Beef shoulder and bake it on top of cavatappi pasta (Italian word for “corkscrew”) topped with a rich and creamy cheddar parmesan sauce. We top it with even more mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then bake it in our 490-degree oven and dust it with parmesan cheese and Italian herbs.
