Training & Development
Support Office training is position specific. After a comprehensive orientation, associates go through extensive on-the-job mentoring and one-on-one direction. Depending on position, some associates spend a three-day period going through on-site restaurant orientation and training. At Fazoli’s, you need to know your customer, and that’s the restaurant.

Management
Fazoli’s Management Structure consists of the following positions:
General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, Associate Manager and Shift Leader positions.

Training & Development
The Fazoli’s new-hire will participate in a five-week management training program that prepares new managers for the operational challenges of running a Fazoli’s restaurant.
Training takes place in a designated Phase I & II training restaurant. You will be
exposed to all aspects of Fazoli’s operations and come out prepared to deliver a high-quality product, excellent guest experience, and engaged hourly associate.
Your training and development does not end after five weeks. After training you will complete a 30-day Home Restaurant Orientation (HRO) at your permanent restaurant to ensure you feel fully prepared to fly solo.

Hourly
Training & Development
At Fazoli’s, we believe that one of the keys to being successful is hiring and training people who are committed to contributing their unique set of skills to help the restaurant team SCORE. Our fun, interactive hourly Associate GAME training begins with a guided orientation and restaurant tour and continues with teaching the basics of the position for which the Associate was hired. Associate development continues by building proficiency and knowledge of the position and developing the ability to train other Associates. Because “Great Guest Service is What We Do,” we strive for all Associates to become proficient in their position so they can “Enhance the Guests’ Experience Beyond Their Expectations.” When they become proficient, hourly Associates can continue cross-training in other positions and after further development, grow into a Shift Leader or other management positions.
