Training & Development
Support Office training is position specific. After a comprehensive orientation, associates go through extensive on-the-job mentoring and one-on-one direction. Depending on position, some associates spend a three-day period going through on-site restaurant orientation and training. At Fazoli’s, you need to know your customer, and that’s the restaurant.

Restaurant Opportunities
Management
Fazoli’s Management Structure consists of the following positions:
General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, Associate Manager and Shift Leader positions.
Training & Development
The Fazoli’s new-hire will participate in a five-week management training program that prepares new managers for the operational challenges of running a Fazoli’s restaurant.
Training takes place in a designated Phase I & II training restaurant. You will be
exposed to all aspects of Fazoli’s operations and come out prepared to deliver a high-quality product, excellent guest experience, and engaged hourly associate.
Your training and development does not end after five weeks. After training you will complete a 30-day Home Restaurant Orientation (HRO) at your permanent restaurant to ensure you feel fully prepared to fly solo.

Hourly
Training & Development
The Fazoli’s hourly associate training begins with a full blown orientation, followed by interactive online position training, ten hours of apron-string training, and ongoing development. Hourly associates are offered the opportunity to cross-train in all areas of the restaurant, subsequently growing into shift leader and management positions. The sky is the limit at Fazoli’s.
