Spring Brings Fazoli’s New Table Service, All-New Look to Northeast Wisconsin

More than 60 units system-wide now feature expanded service, new design

Lexington, Ky. – While many Wisconsinites are breaking out brooms for spring cleaning, Fazoli’s is finishing up extreme makeovers in its seven Northeast Wisconsin restaurants.  Starting next week, guests of the popular Italian quick-service restaurant will experience new table service and other service enhancements designed to make dining out even easier for families.  Fazoli’s also has remodeled the restaurants, using its all-new, contemporary design.

With the addition of the Wisconsin restaurants, more than 60 Fazoli’s – nearly 30 percent of the Fazoli’s system – have been given makeovers and now offer table service.  The chain introduced its new design and service style in early 2010.  77 more units are scheduled to be remodeled this year.

“Fazoli’s understands that it’s hard for busy families to find time to eat together, and we are doing everything we can to make a family meal tasty, as well as, fun and easy,” said Carl Howard, president and CEO.  Howard is scheduled to visit the remodeled restaurants and meet with staff and guests on Wednesday, April 20.

Instead of ordering and returning to the counter to get their meals, guests will relax while servers deliver meals and refill beverages.  Called the Expanded Service Program, it includes the return of dining room breadstick delivery.  Also as part of the new service style, traditional plates, glassware and silverware have replaced Styrofoam, plastic and paper.

“Now, families can enjoy a great meal and more time together in a bright, fun environment while letting our staff do all the work,” Howard said.  Guests who have not visited Fazoli’s in a while will see that the restaurant chain, based in Lexington, has revamped its food, with many new and improved items.  “Even though we have dramatically improved the quality and flavor of our food, we have kept prices affordable,” Howard said.  Entrees start at just $4.99.

Fazoli’s Northeast Wisconsin restaurants are located at 2400 E. Mason St. and 2496 W. Mason St., Green Bay; 1550 Appleton Rd., Menasha; 1875 S. Koeller St., Oshkosh; 256 N. Pioneer Rd., Fond Du Lac; 4687 W. College Ave., Grand Chute and 2720 N. Richmond St., Appleton.

Fazoli’s opens at 10:30 a.m. seven days a week, closing at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.  Its award-winning Kids Night is Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 and features special activities and deals for kids.  Fazoli’s offers catering, including online ordering.  Click here for locations, menu details and to sign up for valuable offers from Fazoli’s e-club.

With an all-new premium menu featuring freshly prepared Italian entrees, Submarinos® sandwiches and salads, along with a contemporary new restaurant design and fresh leadership, Fazoli’s is well positioned for growth. Already America’s largest Italian quick service chain with more than 220 restaurants, Fazoli’s is expanding in select markets throughout the country. Founded in Lexington, Ky., in 1989, Sun Capital Partners acquired Fazoli’s in 2006. In 2009, Parents magazine named Fazoli’s one of the country’s 10 best fast casual family restaurants.
