Plentiful Pastas Featured at Fazoli’s

Change of season sparks change in guests' desires

LEXINGTON, Ky. - The crisp temperatures of autumn prompt many changes, prime among them a desire for food that fits the season.  Fazoli’s “fast Italian” restaurants are responding with “Plentiful Pastas,” oven-baked favorites including a brand new chicken and penne pasta entrée.

The new entrée is Chicken Broccoli Penne Bake, a warm and tasty dish that is perfect for fall.  It joins the already popular Rigatoni Romano as one of Fazoli’s “Plentiful Pastas.”

“We pride ourselves in catering to our guests’ desires.  At this time of year, we know that our guests are craving oven-baked favorites that truly satisfy their hunger.  All of our ‘Plentiful Pastas’ do that, and we know the new Chicken Broccoli Penne Bake hits the mark,” said Fazoli’s Chief Executive Officer Bob Weissmueller.

The appeal of the new Chicken Broccoli Penne Bake comes from its distinctive combination of ingredients—grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, broccoli and penne pasta baked in creamy Alfredo sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.

Rigatoni Romano offers its own special zip and zest by uniting Italian sausage, crushed pepper, meat sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, all artfully blended and oven-baked in each of Fazoli’s 306 stores in 32 states.

Two additional “Plentiful Pasta” selections are Fazoli’s popular Meat Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan. The “Plentiful Pastas” are part of Fazoli’s guest-pleasing “Aaaahtalian Menu” that was introduced in May. 

“Our goal is to satisfy our guests with great tastes in foods they really want. All of our selections can be enjoyed in the friendly atmosphere of a Fazoli’s restaurant or picked up via our drive-thru service and enjoyed elsewhere.  We aim to please,” Weissmueller said.
